The Chatbot leverages this training to provide precise responses to user queries, extracting insights from both DOCX and PDF files. Users can enhance system accuracy by marking incorrect responses with the "dislike" option, and the aggregated data can be exported to a CSV file for analysis and management. This project ensures efficient document retrieval and continuous improvement based on user feedback.
